I suggests a four step routine. These fairness tips should be followed one by one with suitable interval. During the process you should take care of sun exposure, usage of other chemicals, soaps etc. During the interval time you should use suitable sun screen when going out in the sun. Skin Care on Summer

During summer the atmospheric temperature exerts more pressures on our body. The main challenge is dehydration. This may cause dry skin, boils on the skin, sometimes skin gets scratches. Dry flakes come out of skin. At this time we have to take care of our body. Special attention to be given for skin care on summer.

Basic skin care on summer
The very basic skin care starts from bathing. Give at least two baths daily. A refreshing bath gives relaxation to our body and mind. Oiling the skin is very good for summer skin care. The skin get moisturized at the time of bathing and the oils retain the moisture on skin. After bathing use any skin moisturizer of your choice. If you are an out going person use sun screen lotion or cream. At the time of bathing use very mild or herbal soaps. Or you can include green gram flour and coconut milk mix to wash body. It is a very good choice for skincare on summer. For hair you can go for homemade hot oil massages. Instead of shampoo use green gram flour in rice water mix to wash hair. After bathing try to avoid hair dryer, do towel dry or air dry hair.

For a better skin care on summer seasons use cotton cloths. Be very careful about sunburn. Do not over expose your skin to sun especially from 11am to 3pm. Choose suitable sunscreen according to the sun damage level of your place.

For a better skin care on summer a light body exercise is recommended. Do not try very hard exercise during hot weather. In the early morning do some breathing exercises or do ground exercises. Yoga is another method of physical exercise that may give a sound mind also. During summer seasons have light foods. Include fruit and vegetable juices. Summer skin care

In this hot season your skin need special care to beat the hot climate. The first thing to do is avoid soaps. Here I am suggesting some natural and homemade cleansers to use daily. I hope that you know your skin type. Based on your skin type select from the following tips.

For oily skin
Take two teaspoon green gram flour. Add 2 teaspoon tomato juice and mix well. than mix two teaspoon butter milk to it and mix well. Wash your face with water and apply the above pack all over face and neck. Avoid eye area. After five minutes wash it off with cucumber juice. Then spring with water..

For sensitive skin

For a sensitive skin oats powder is a best option. Mix 3 tsp. oatmeal powder and 3tsp. cucumber juice. Mix well. Wash your face and apply this face pack. Wait for five min. and wash it off.

For dry skin

Take 2tsp. almond powder and 2tsp. curd. Mix well and then add 1tsp. coconut oil. Make it paste. Wash your face and apply it. After 5-10 min. wash it off with diluted milk. then rinse with cold water.

This can be done daily to cleanse your skin. This routine will give a soothing effect to your facial skin. During hot season do not use any chemical ingredients like soaps. If you are using face wash use it in the evening and choose some mild face wash. For out going ladies do not forget to use sun screen protection. Drink fruit juices. But avoid juices if it will give acidity. Water melon is good choice. Apple juice is all time good juice. Try to include more vegetables in your cooking. Avoid spicy items. Chicken is hot and mutton is not hot to the body.

The face mask what I am suggesting here helps to moisturize and replenish the skin. Moreover it is a skin texturizing mask. Naturally your skin look good and a glow can be seen. How to prepare green apple face mask
It is very simple and saves money and time. The ingredients required are half green apple, 2 tsp honey and 3 tsp. yogurt/curd. This quantity is for just one time use. Try to get fresh fresh apple. Green apple contains vitamins and it can help to remove dead cells naturally. So this green apple face mask is a healthier choice.

Cut the apple into small slices. No need to peel. Put it in a blender or mixer and work for few min. to get a smooth mix. Add 2 tsp. honey and mix well. Honey helps to tighten skin so avoid the appearance of wrinkle. Now add 3 tsp. of curd and agitate well using the blender. Yogurt/curd acts as good cleanser and provides a smooth effect. Now you get a smooth green apple face mask.

Wash your face with low cold water. Apply this mask all over face and allow drying for 20 min. You may feel the skin tightening or dryness. Now splash cold water on face and wet the mask and remove it using a smooth wet cloth or tissue.
